ABSOLUTELY! Whatever your experience level you are WELCOME in the FLEX family! We have specific Beginner level classes and our other classes are All Levels so you are welcome to come and try them all!

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking onsite around our building through the barriers (Code will be sent to you in your confirmation email!)
