YOGA
Amanda is a 220 RYT that will be there to guide and support you throughout class. She completed her first 200-hour training in 2019 in the Baptiste Power Yoga method. She continued her training in 2022 with HotPod Yoga in London learning how to purposefully assist students and deepen her anatomy knowledge. Amanda’s favourite style to teach is Vinyasa where the flow and music blend like meditative choreography.
At FLEX, her classes intertwine Vinyasa flow with toning sections for a well-rounded experience. The class will start slow, leading to a peak, and wind back down leaving you feeling grounded yet energised.
Amanda’s biggest goal is to make sure all who come feel safe to explore their own personal practice and find joy through movement.
